Welded Low Carbon Steel Tube

Coated Steel Tube
For automotive, HVAC, and specialized applications, there are several important metallic coatings to improve your fabrication’s corrosion and/or heat resistance. Coating types we offer include: Aluminized, Galvanized, Galvalume, Galvanneal, Zinc, and Nickel.
400 Series Stainless Steel Tube
400 series stainless steel tube is a premium steel product that features both corrosion and heat resistance. Our top-performing tube ranks high with gas-fired appliances, heating and automotive suppliers.
High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA)Â Steel Tube
HSLA steels have yield strengths greater than 275 MPa (40 ksi). They are different from normal low carbon steels as they are named after their yield strength.
Steel properties
- Higher strengths: from 275 MPa (40 ksi) to 550 MPa (80 ksi) yield strengths.
- Weldability — HSLA’s lean composition readily lends itself to virtually all welding processes.
- Economical lightweighting: a part’s strength can increase with a modest premium over using plain carbon steels.
